Here at Jaffy's, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive, which is why we send every order within the UK Mainland, Scottish Highlands and Islands by ParcelForce24 or Royal Mail24. This means that you should receive your parcel the following working day after despatch or within 3 days. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail notification advising of this.
Although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations.
Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, and certain parts of Scotland will usually take a little longer to arrive.
Please note that our dispatch days are Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you place an order on a Wednesday or later it will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Returns
If you would like to amend your order and the order has not yet been dispatched, we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together.
If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot add further items and you will be required to place an additional order.
If you wish to cancel an order or change the delivery date/address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, it is too late to cancel.
Standard delivery (Mainland UK) - £3.95
Based upon the weight of your item(s), we have two options for your postage - Royal Mail24 or Parcelforce24. Parcels are always dispatched Monday - Wednesday to ensure nothing gets caught in the post service over the weekends.
Carriage is charged at £7.00 on deliveries, and this rate applies for each individual address. Please leave instructions as to where to leave your parcel if you are not likely to be in (e.g porch, garage) or have your parcel posted to a neighbour or your work address.
As our products are perishable and require refrigeration on arrival, we reserve the right to alter a dispatch date to ensure the safe arrival of your order. (e.g. to close to weekend, bank holiday or circumstances out with our control).
All deliveries are sent in insulated packaging with gel ice packs.
Non-Delivery or Issues
Occasionally, parcels may arrive late, not be delivered or be damaged on arrival. If this happens please contact us as soon as possible – we will do anything we can to help.
Should your item not arrive within our given time scale, please contact your local sorting office. Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item as missing until 15 working days has passed. Replacements for undelivered orders won’t be possible until after this time has passed.
If your order has been dispatched with ParcelForce24, we can track it using their online system.
We cannot be held responsible for parcels if customers have given us incorrect or incomplete addresses.
